The Role
We are looking for an experienced Resuscitation Training Officer to join our team.
As a successful candidate, you will have a good depth of professional experience and knowledge as well as a good sense of humour!
You will deliver accredited training courses in Emergency Life Support, Emergency care and Sedation, and immediate life support to GPs, dental staff, and other healthcare professionals in clinical settings. Full training will be given in the specialist topics which will build on your current knowledge base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Immediate Life Support (ILS) and Sedation Immediate Life Support (Sedation ILS) training to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct engaging, interactive, and practical training sessions.
- Adapt training methods to suit different audiences, ensuring all attendees gain confidence and competence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resuscitation protocols and best practices.
- Travel to various clinical locations across Scotland to deliver in-person training sessions.
Requirements:
- Healthcare professional (e.g., Paramedic, Nurse, Doctor, or other relevant qualification), with experience of emergency care and resuscitation.
- Strong background in delivering clinical training, ideally in resuscitation and emergency care.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Ability to manage group dynamics and ensure an interactive learning environment.
- A good sense of humour while maintaining professionalism.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.

Administrative Assistant
Office based (Bathgate, West Lothian)
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our operations.
This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This role is part-time (16 hrs per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage course bookings and assist with scheduling using a CRM and MS Outlook.
- Handle customer inquiries and communications withÂ
- Maintain accurate records of accounts and invoicing in Xero, and assist with general office administration.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required, and a working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI are preferred.
- Strong skills working with Xero accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
